Here’s Why We Always Deliver on the Date Written in the Quotation.
When I prepare a quotation, I never write a random date. When I set a completion date, it’s because I’m fully committed to finishing the job exactly on that day. This isn’t marketing it’s a method.
We’re able to deliver with 99.9% precision because every project is carefully organised to eliminate wasted time and keep our full focus on the job.
One Project at a Time
Our rule is simple: we take on one project at a time.
This allows us to dedicate all our attention, energy, and concentration to the house we’re working on.
We don’t jump from one site to another, we don’t rush between clients, and we never spread our focus thin.
When we start a job, that home becomes our absolute priority until it’s completed.
Two Vans, Zero Time Wasted
Another key reason we stay on schedule is logistics. We have two vans:
• a smaller van for daily use and working in tighter spaces,
• a larger van that acts as a mobile warehouse, fully stocked with tools, accessories, materials, and spare components.

This setup means we always have everything we need on hand. We never have to stop work to go back for supplies, buy missing items, or recover forgotten tools. Each phase of the job flows smoothly, and that makes a huge difference when it comes to delivering on time.

Realistic Planning and Respect for Technical Drying Times
The completion date on our quotation isn’t a guess it’s a promise based on real planning.
Before confirming it, I evaluate the type of surfaces, the amount of preparation needed, the number of coats, and the required drying times between each stage. Every phase is calculated carefully, without rushing the process.
That’s what ensures a result that’s not only beautiful but also durable and flawless.
Communication and Final Checks
Throughout the project, I keep the client updated: what’s been done, what’s next, and when each area will be ready to use again. This transparency builds trust and lets the client know exactly when the home will be fully ready.
At the end, I carry out a detailed inspection together with the client, checking finishes, edges, and overall cleanliness before officially handing the space back.
In Summary: We deliver on the date written in the quotation, with 99.9% accuracy — because:
• we focus on one project at a time,
• we work with two strategically organised vans,
• we always have every tool and material ready,
• we plan every stage precisely,
• we respect the technical drying times of the products,
• we maintain clear, consistent communication with the client.
