To confirm a project, we require only a deposit for the cost of materials. This is because each project is managed individually, with only one site at a time, and the start date must be scheduled carefully. The deposit allows us to reserve and secure the availability date indicated in the quotation.
No other payment is requested until the final delivery of the work, ensuring transparency and trust for the client.
If the project or work extends beyond two weeks, we request a weekly payment proportional to the work completed starting from the third week. This ensures a fair and consistent flow for both the client and our team, with no surprises and total control over the budget.
