We agreed a start date for the week’s work. Because of the bad weather we had to change the days James worked and he was always totally flexible, and agreed everything with us in advance.

“Having had a very negative experience with a decorator earlier this year (still trying to deal with the dust he left absolutely everywhere in the house and garage), I asked James if he would do our next decorating project after meeting him at a friend’s house and loving what he had done there. What a great decision that was! He listened to me, considered what was said, offered suggestions and together we decided on how the room would look, how best to make it a new room. He prepared the room meticulously, worked extremely hard and his attention to detail is second to none, he is a total perfectionist…..we have never had such a fantastic decorator.
